As we look to the future, our vision is to have a healthy, holy, church that is faithful and obedient to Christ as we seek to make disciples of all the nations. Our desire is to proclaim the gospel and to live out its implications through transformed lives. We aspire for purity in life and doctrine. We have great hope for the future as we anticipate God's power and blessing upon His church at Calvary.
Calvary Baptist Church is seeking to fulfill what we have called “The Great Opportunity.” We believe that God has given us an opportunity to make a fresh start and, by His grace and power, be the church that He would have for us to be. It is a new day at Calvary, as we seek with renewed diligence, to be a church that lives not for itself, but for her Master, our Lord Jesus Christ.
In living for our Lord, we know that He has called us to go into all the world showing His love, proclaiming His gospel, and making faithful Christ followers. It is our desire to allow the light of Christ to shine through us as we live in faithfulness and obedience to Him.
God is preparing us for “The Great Opportunity.” We are journeying into our future with joyful expectation and anticipation of what God is going to do. We know that He will work through us as we labor in His kingdom and promote the advancement of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
